This course on human rights (DH) and health is divided into three modules with a total of five lessons are presented strategies of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) and World Health Organization (WHO) on the main theme, the relationship between health and the DH, the human right to health which each citizen is guaranteed, as well as other fundamental rights of human beings at the end presents a study of the rights of vulnerable groups in the context of technical cooperation of PAHO.
