An act to amend the Customs and Exeise Duties Act, Chapter 48 of the Laws of Belixe, Revised Edition, 2000-2003, to implement he CARICOM Common External Tariff based on the Harmonised System of Classification, verion 2002; to increase the rate of excise duty on certain goods, and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
