An act to amend the Customs and Exeise Duties Act, Chapter 48 of the Laws of Belixe, Revised Edition, 2000-2003, to increase the rate of excise duty on rum, tobacco and aerated waters; to levy export duty on scrap metal, and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
