Description
The unit encourages critical reflection on the implications of intellectual property rights and access to medicines in the design and implementation of public health policies. It seeks to establish logical connections between different institutional settings (industry, foreign affairs, commerce) under an optical advocacy of public health as well as build chronologically the conceptual and legal framework that determines the protection granted to intellectual property rights applied to pharmaceuticals.Details
