It presents information about the pandemic influenza and how to address the community. It shows the snapshots of key messages:
pandemic (H1N1) 2009 at a glance; preparedness planing at a glance; pandemic response at a glance; effective communication at a glance and additional online resources. Also it brings resources from the World Health Organization, Pan American Health Organization, U.S Department of Health and Human Services and from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. A course for local leaders in the following settings:
schools, health services, workplaces, municipalities, faith and community organizations.
