- Define what is food security and nutrition, food and nutrition insecurity, its causes yconsecuencas. - Identify the potential effects of climate change on food security and nutrition of vulnerable populations in the region, as well as the strategies and initiatives for mitigation and adaptation. - Arguing on the importance of integrating climate change into development agendas in order to achieve sustainability in the progression of the MDGs. - Perform critical na existing policies regarding the impact of climate change on specific interventions for food security and provide appropriate recommendations.
