Supreme Decree Nº 29376 - 12 of December of 2007

El presente Decreto Supremo tiene por objeto reglamentar la Ley N° 3029 del 22 de abril de 2005 "CONVENIO MARCO PARA EL CONTROL DEL TABACO", para controlar y reducir el consumo de todos los productos de tabaco y la exposición al humo de tabaco, en cualquiera de sus formas, a fin de prevenir de conformidad con los principios de la salud pública, la incidencia de las enfermedades, la discapacidad prematura y la mortalidad, atribuidas al consumo del tabaco y a la exposición al humo del tabaco.
