This guideline covers recommendations on biomarker tests to help diagnose preterm labour in women with intact membranes. The tests are Actim Partus, PartoSure and the Rapid fetal fibronectin (fFN) 10Q Cassette Kit (at thresholds other than 50 nanograms/millilitre).
