A clinical summary of this KDP was published in the Journal of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic. Colorectal carcinoma, a malignancy arising from the epithelium of the colon and rectum, is one of the most common forms of cancer. It is a malignant tumor of global importance and represents one of the most important problems of public health. The worldwide incidence is approximately 1.3 million newly diagnosed cases per year, and the mortality is greater than 600,000 cases per year. This clinical recommended procedure deals with the issue of early colorectal cancer (stages I - II) and is focused on 6 areas: endoscopy: diagnosis, endoscopic treatment, diagnosis, preoperative diagnosis and surgical treatment, adjuvant treatment and dispensary.
cs|Kolorektální karcinom, malignita vycházející z epitelu tlustého střeva a konečníku, je jednou z nejčastějších forem rakoviny. Jde o zhoubný nádor celosvětového významu a představuje jeden z nejvýznamnějších problémů veřejného zdravotnictví. Celosvětová incidence je přibližně 1,3 milionů nově diagnostikovaných případů ročně a úmrtnost je větší než 600 000 případů ročně.Tento klinický doporučený postup se zabývá problematikou časného kolorektálního karcinomu (stádia I. – II.) a je zaměřen na 6 oblastí: endoskopie: diagnostika, endoskopická léčba, diagnostika, předoperační diagnostika a chirurgická léčba, adjuvantní léčba a dispenzarizace.
